When it gets cold in autumn or winter, we wear the jacket with a front zipper (e.g., windbreaker and down jacket). To pull up a front zipper of the jacket is sometimes a heavy task for stroke survivors. Because it needs to pinch the zipper with thumb and index finger and to combine and pull up the zipper.
